The international artist management and career counseling firm of Novo Artists, Inc. was founded in 1995 by our President, Celia Novo. Mrs. Novo has been a positive and effective presence in the classical music business since 1983 when she became personal business manager to the late and much loved American soprano Arleen Auger.

Novo Artists specializes in all aspects of career counseling and development for emerging artists, and we provide comprehensive world-wide representation, and public relations and marketing services to all of our clients. We also advise presenting organizations on casting, programming and marketing strategies.
As a successful, experienced and highly respected artist manager, Mrs. Novo offers a variety of lectures, seminars, and workshops to accredited schools, conservatories and young artist/apprentice programs. All instruction is customized to meet the specific needs of the students and addresses the issues of starting a career, career development, marketability, decision-making and the business aspects of working as a professional. They provide a totally honest examination of what is required to work as a professional in the performing arts.
